At Grit, Grace & Glow

We don’t run programs from a building, we spark a movement fueled by community and love. Our services are designed to uplift foster and adopted girls ages 8–18, no matter where they live or what they’ve endured. Instead of traditional classes or sponsorships, we offer hands-on care, emotional connection, and free digital tools, all rooted in compassion and purpose.

Luggage of Hope

When a girl enters foster care, transitions to independent living, or is adopted, she often has to carry her belongings in a trash bag, a painful symbol of instability and loss. Luggage of Hope exists to change that experience by restoring dignity and reminding her of her worth. Every piece of luggage is brand new and filled with care, not just belongings.

Each bag includes hygiene essentials, comfort items like blankets or journals, and small personal touches that speak to her individuality. Packed by volunteers and community partners, these suitcases offer more than just storage; they send a powerful message: You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone. Through this simple act of kindness, we give her something sturdy to hold her things and something steady to hold her spirit.

Glow Kits

Glow Kits are thoughtfully curated care packages created to uplift and empower foster and adopted girls through moments of encouragement and support. Each kit centers around a theme, like self-love, mental health, confidence, goal-setting, wellness, or creativity, and includes inspiring items such as journals, affirmation cards, art supplies, or self-care tools that help girls feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Distributed seasonally or by request, Glow Kits are more than just gifts; they’re reminders that healing and growth are possible, and that someone believes in her journey. Whether a girl receives her kit at home, in a group home, or through an agency partner, every box is packed with intentional love, affirming her worth and sparking the glow within.

Glow Circles

Glow Circles are safe, supportive spaces, held virtually or in person, where foster and adopted girls can show up as they are and connect with others who understand their journey. These small group gatherings are rooted in sisterhood, healing, and honest conversation, offering girls a place to be heard, seen, and valued.

Led by trained mentors and caring community volunteers, each Glow Circle explores topics like self-worth, emotional wellness, friendships, identity, and leadership. Whether it’s a one-time session or an ongoing group, Glow Circles help girls grow in confidence, build healthy relationships, and know they are never walking alone.

Glow Goals Wall

The Glow Goals Wall is a powerful way to connect the hopes of foster and adopted girls with the hearts of people who want to help. Girls share real, personal requests, like art supplies, a journal, a backpack, or the chance to attend a dance class, and we post them anonymously on our virtual wall. Each goal reflects a dream, a need, or a simple desire that reminds her she’s allowed to ask, to hope, and to be seen.

Community members can scroll through the wall, select a goal that speaks to them, and fulfill it directly by purchasing or donating the item. G3 then ensures it’s delivered to the girl with care and encouragement. Every fulfilled goal becomes more than just a gift; it’s a meaningful moment where she knows someone out there truly believes in her.

Glow Missions

At Grit, Grace & Glow, we believe small acts of love can create lasting change. That’s why every month, we invite individuals, churches, schools, and businesses to take part in a Glow Mission, a themed service project that pours hope and encouragement into the lives of foster and adopted girls. From writing handwritten letters to collecting books, hygiene items, journals, or cozy care items, these missions are simple, meaningful ways anyone can get involved, no matter where they are.

Once items are gathered, G3 partners directly with trusted agencies within our area to donate to the girls we serve. Through Glow Missions, community members become part of something bigger: a growing movement of people showing up for girls who need to know they are seen, valued, and never forgotten.

Digital Resource Hub (Coming Soon)

At Grit, Grace & Glow, we know that not every girl has access to in-person programs or resources, so we’re building something different. Our Digital Resource Hub will be a free, easy-to-access online space for Members Only, filled with tools that foster growth, healing, and purpose. From printable goal-setting sheets and confidence boosters to faith-based devotionals, creative prompts, and emotional wellness guides, the Hub is designed to meet girls right where they are, no matter their zip code or situation.

Caregivers and mentors will also find resources to support the girls in their lives, whether they need conversation starters, self-care routines, or educational tips. With topics covering life skills, career readiness, emotional health, identity, and creativity, the Digital Resource Hub will be a safe space where both girls and their supporters can explore, learn, and grow, anytime, anywhere.
